Add Mode No Longer Clears Screen

When adding records to a scrolling display, the image is no longer cleared.

Overview:

When adding records to a scrolling display, the image is no longer cleared. Instead, space for the new record(s) will be inserted at the bottom of the screen, all other records will remain on the image. This should be less confusing for new users, who are sometimes surprised when all the records 'disappear'.
