APPX Client Scroll Navigation Bar

This client setting replace the scrollbar with a new navigation bar.

Overview

This client property replace the standard Scroll Bar with a new Navigation Bar.

Usage:

Put "-useScrollNavBar=true" on the client command line or change the property under Client Preferences [Options] before logging in.
